THE SCHOOL SEAL

The school seal is the insignia  of WEST BAY LEARNING CENTER INCORPORATED depicted in the Coat of Armor. The cross draws a distinction

of the following four basic principles that GOD, our Creator guides the school in achieving its goals:

         W - Wisdom

         B - Builder of God-loving children

         L - Love - Leadership

         C - Community - Oriented

The logo is a product of the dedication and commitment of the parents who bonded themselves and managed the school in year 2001 which is represented by the banner. The  two rings which bear the name of the school, printed in bold blue upper case letters signify the strong bond of the stakeholders to attain the mission-vision of the school. The book with the burning red heart at the center and blazing flame stand for the founders' deep concern for the students and faculty to learn and discover, and apply innovative and progressive methods of instruction for a promising future.

 HISTORICAL BACKGROUND

Five individual parents, namely,  Mrs, Morita D. Neulen, Architect Ferdinand Marquez, Dr. Edwin Yu,  Mr. Dionisio Alquiza, and Mr. George Ulgasan decided to manage the operation of the school under a new name, West Bay Learning   Center.
Those who were concerned still remember the blue bag with a blue book which Mr. Dionisio Alquiza carried with him. The blue book bore the list of the nineteen (19) incorporators. The corporation then acknowledged the parents who contributed and shared their time, effort, and resources to realize the dream.
The owner of the lot was Mrs. Dominga Daclan Bacalso who had offered to sell it and be paid in installment basis within three years. The corporation has been overwhelmly grateful for the great support of the said owner.
